Ruthan grew up in the Fredericksburg area and began working for her father, John, in 1974, shortly after he opened the first Real Estate office at Lake of the Woods.  At one time all six family members held active Real Estate licenses. With her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Certified Residential Broker License- matched with a unique familiarity of local history- she has been enjoying a successful, full-time career in Real Estate. She listens, is knowledgeable, and is committed to her clients and her trade. Being awarded for customer service & performance became a new experience for Ruthan when her company became part of the Century 21 system.
